selection each are about 1 cm bigger in size than the pieces in the women’s
selection. The colour of the brand’s Moon logo that is present in all pieces of
EKRIA’s permanent Timeless Collection also serves as a distinction between Men’s
and Women’s pieces. Timeless for Men feature the logo in black enamel while
Timeless for women feature the logo in white enamel.

What can I do if even after adjusting my EKRIA Jewellery to my size, the piece still remains too small or too big?
You can adjust the size of
your EKRIA rings, cuffs, chokers, palm cuffs and arm cuffs by gently pushing
together or pulling apart the open back part of the jewellery. If you are not
satisfied with the result or you have any questions or concerns about the
adjustment of your jewellery please contact us and we’d be happy to help.
You can keep your EKRIA pieces in mint condition for as long as possible by keeping
up with our care info. Our materials and gold plating is top quality and it’s our

I would like to exchange my EKRIA Jewellery. What is the procedure to follow?
All EKRIA jewellery are certified
with a 1 year guarantee that starts with the date of purchase. During the first 1 year, all repairs will be
done free of charge. The certificate does not include the replacement of a lost
item. All repairs that are done after the certificate validation date will be
subject to an agreed upon fee.
You can return your purchase within 10 business days after you place
your order. Please, contact us before shipping to get your return code. Returns
will be accepted only for products that haven’t been worn.
